Open Invitation: Housing Pilot

Each year between 2019-2021, 15 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), 3 from each region of the state, will participate in the Pilot Program. Being part of the pilot, you will work with a Housing Navigator and your circle of support to create your housing plan, a plan that reflects the type of home you want to live in. If you are an individual with a disability and are interested in taking part in the Pilot Program, please complete the invitation linked here.
