Open Invitation: Housing Pilot
Each year between 2019-2021, 15 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), 3 from each region of the state, will participate in the Pilot Program. Being part of the pilot, you will work with a Housing Navigator and your circle of support to create your housing plan, a plan that reflects the type of home you want to live in. If you are an individual with a disability and are interested in taking part in the Pilot Program, please complete the invitation linked here. To read more about The Housing Pilot, click here.
This website and activities are funded in part by the NYS Developmetal Disabilities Planning Council.
