Theresa Manuel is a dynnamic results oriented leader with over 12 years of administrative and clinical supervisory experience in a non-profit social service setting with a proven track record of more than 5 years in marketing national promotional initiatives through email blast and websites for the for-profit setting. She has made significant contribution to the acquisition and development of 200 affordable housing in New York City through grant writing and government fundings. Theresa has launched successful fundraising venture and community engagement activities which attracted government leaders.
She has received Mayoral and Borough President recogniation in 2011 and 2012 for her work with individuals with disabilities in the Brooklyn communities. She was featured in the Mental Health Tabloid for ongoing contribution in providing housing for the individuals with mental illness.
In May 2017 she was acknowledged in the New York Times Real Estate section for housing indiviiduals with Cerebral Palsy and intellectual Disabilities.
In 2018 she was selected as a Master Housing Navigator through a grant from DDPC that is oversee by New York Allicance.
