Region 3 Resources
Counties and municipalities that seek HUD funds such as HOME, or Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) are required to create a Consolidated Plan. The plan must include input from the community, and the county or municipality must reach out to interested parties in preparing the plan. Find out what your plan says about support for people with I/DD, find out when your plan is being revised or renewed, go to the meetings, make comments and suggestions on the record, make sure that the people we support are included in the plan.
Region 3 includes the following counties: Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Orange, Putnam, Rensselaer, Rockland, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Sullivan, Ulster, Warren, Washington, and Westchester.
